Chicken Tikka

 



900 grams chicken breast 

Salt at 0.5% of weight of chicken 

0.5 teaspoon turmeric 

1.5 teaspoon cumin powder

4 teaspoons coriander powder

2 teaspoon garam masala 

2 teaspoon chaat masala (skip if you don’t have or 1/3 teaspoon amchur, dried mango powder) 

2 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 

2 tablespoon lemon juice (skip if your yogurt is sour) 

3 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 

2 tablespoon oil  

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 to 4 tablespoons butter for brushing 



mix all together and marinade chicken overnight or minimum 8 hours (i didnt...)

put chicken onto skewers and grill on high to brown

flip skewers and grill other side - take care not to overcook the chicken
