Whole potatoes with bacon


 


Slice up 4 rashers of bacon into little bits

Fry with a bit of water until the water dries up and the bacon starts to sizzle

Add 1.6kg of peel whole potatoes

Add a bit of butter.

Turn the heat to low and slowly brown all over - stir regularly

Then add a small amount of water and cover to steam.  

Again check regularly and stir, adding water if necessary

Once the potatoes are done, let the sauce dry out and serve
