gluten free cheesecake

 

32 oz cream cheese, softened

200g sugar

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp lemon juice

1tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla

4 eggs at room temp


For the base:

8 oz gluten free graham cracker blended into crumbs

1tbsp sugar

0.5 tsp cinnamon

pinch salt

4 tbsp melted butter
