Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

3 pounds spare ribs cut into serving pieces
1 cup water

-------------
For the sauce:
Half cup water
Glass of white wine
Oyster sauce
Soya sauce
Sesame oil
Half a large onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)



Place ribs into pressure cooker on the rack, and add one cup of water
Pressure cook for 5 minutes (i.e. steam must be venting for 5 minutes), then cool immediately
Drain off water

Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl
Pour sauce mix over ribs and stir to coat ribs
pressure cook for 10 mins, then turn off heat and allow to cool naturally
Remove ribs and simmer sauce to desired thickness
