grilled lemongrass chicken

blend marinade into a paste:

5 stalks lemongrass (take off the fibrous bits first)
2 cloves garlic
7 slices ginger
3 tablespoons fish sauce

marinade should be enough for 8 to 10 chicken drumsticks - at least 2 hours in the fridge

bake in oven at 220 C for 30 mins

finish off with grill on - with oven door open

grill on both sides until chicken skin is browned
