Grilled chicken thighs




marinade chicken for 30 mins

- oyster sauce
- salt
- sesame oil
- ginger cut into fine shreds


make a slit between the thigh and the back bone to ensure it cooks evenly

175 C for 35 mins (middle rack on breville oven)

keep oven door open and grill on high for a further 5 mins to brown skin if necessary
