Easy multicooker chicken casserole


 


INGREDIENTS

6 chicken drumsticks

2 onions

3 carrots

5/6 potatoes - cut into quarters, or eights

glass of sake/wine (110ml)

dried rosemary

dried mixed herbs

dash of soya


METHOD

layer the following into multicooker:

- onions sliced lengthwise

- carrots peeled and chopped

- 6 chicken drumsticks

- glass of sake

- dash of soya 

- salt 

- pinch of rosemary and mixed herbs


set to cook at 100 C for one hour

after 30 minutes, add potatoes in and give it a stir

after 1 hour, taste and add salt if necessary

finally followed by 85 C (sous vide setting) for 45 mins to one hour - till chicken is tender and falling off the bone [depending on how you like it]


serve with pasta spirals
