slow baked fish / salmon

 


100 C on Breville keep warm function.

prepare and salt the fish (snapper about 700g)

80 mins - flipping the fish every 20 mins [60 mins probably enough]

monitor internal temp - should reach 55C to 60C.

finish off with a high grill to char.


baked salmon to 50 C - just cooked but probably could do till 55 C
