Using the pressure cooker
Cooking times using Tefal Delicio pressure cooker
Ribs - 20 mins
Add 100 ml of water per 10 min cooking time
Bring water to the boil
Cover the pressure cooker and set on max setting
Once the pressure has built up and is able to start venting out of the pressure cooker, turn down the heat (but make sure steam is still venting out) and time 20 mins.
After 20 mins, turn off the gas and leave to cool.
