Sugar Snap

100g sugar snaps - top and tailed
1 red/green apple
1/4 pineapple
5 ice cubes

Breakfast smoothie

Makes 1 portion:

1/2 stick celery
1 banana
1/2 red apple
1/2 carrot

Cucumber soother

makes 2 portions:

1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1 stick celery
1/2 small pineapple
6 fresh sage leaves


Gazpacho juice

400g tomatoes, skinned
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red pepper
1/4 fresh red chilli
1/2 celery stick
1/2 spring onion
handful of fresh coriander
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp tomato puree (optional)
salt
ice cubes



Carrot and Orange

1 carrot
2 oranges
5 ice cubes

serves 2


Broccoli Booster

60g broccoli florets
1 red/green apple
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
5 ice cubes
