If recipe says	Cook on low:	Cook on high:
15 to 30 minutes	4 to 6 hours	1½ to 2 hours
31 to 45 minutes	6 to 10 hours	3 to 4 hours
50 minutes to 3 hours	8 to 10 hours	4 to 6 hours
