Raisin Drop Scones



Sift together:
250g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
25g caster sugar
A pinch of salt 

Add:
2 eggs beaten
225-250ml milk
Mix till smooth

then add:
25g butter, melted

And a couple of handfuls of raisins

heat up pan on low heat, grease lightly with oil

drop in tablespoon sized dollops of the mixture, and flip once cooked on one side
