pork ribs in dutch oven
pork ribs - separated into individual ribs
season with vinegar, oil and salt
brown the ribs in cast iron enamel pot, and remove to rest
add one sliced onion and 2 cloves of garlic and fry till they are brown
add the pork and one can of beer
mix a couple of teaspoons of miso paste with water and mix in
bring to the boil
put into preheated oven at 165 C for an hour (one hour not enough if placed in a water bath)
remove and allow to rest
