bacon and cheese bread
Ingredients:
3 cups flour (375 grams)
400 ml water.. reduce water by 5% next time
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
add in the middle of knead cycle:
1 cup grated cheddar (75 grams)
3 strips cooked bacon - chopped up
for the topping: (add just before baking)
3 strips cooked bacon - chopped up
20 grams grated cheddar
setting 750gram loaf, dark setting
loaf collapsed - too much water
try without topping - may cause loaf to collapse
