Muesli bar
Melt in pan:
100 gram butter / 6 tablespoons cooking oil (olive oil too strongly flavoured)
45ml / 3 tbsp honey (55 grams)
1/3 cup sugar
Once fully dissolved, add 2 cups tesco muesli and stir till mixture is wet and has absorbed the liquids
Optional : add orange or lemon zest / cinnamon powder / vanilla essence
Grease baking tray
Scoop mixture into baking tray and pat down with back of teaspoon till smooth
Preheat oven to 350 F
Bake for 15 till 18 mins till golden brown
I baked for 15 mins - nice and chewy
