margarita

for 2 glasses (mildly alcoholic!)

one measure cointreau
one measure tequila
one measure sugar water (equal parts sugar and hot water)
one lime
pinch of salt
one can soda water

mash up the lime to get the juices out
sugar water, tequila and cointreau, and some of the soda water
divide into two glasses, and top up with rest of soda water
add a pinch of salt 
and lots of ice



sugar water: 30 ml sugar, 30 ml hot water.  stir till dissolved
