clean chicken and rub salt and sesame oil all over

let chicken marinade for a while and get to room temperature

put the chicken in a baking tray and seal with foil over the top

(line the baking tray with foil if you wish)

150 C for one hour in the large oven (temperature according to external thermometer)

left in the oven for another 20 mins

take chicken out and check internal temp on the leg.  190 F (maybe too much?)
