Franklin BBQ:
cook at 250F
1hr - 1hr 15min per pound

wrap in paper at 4-8 hours

brisket wobbly when done...!



half pound butter
half large onion
cup and half of ketchup
cup vinegar
2 ounces sugar
tsp salt
tsp pepper
less than tsp chilli powder
less than tsp garlic powder
half a lemon

let simmer
