Grilled chicken thighs






Wash chicken thighs

Season the flesh side with salt, then flip over

Dry the skin with a kitchen towel and season with salt

put into breville oven - lowest rack position

oven for 230 C for 15 mins

then onto high grill for 30 mins  (rotate the oven tray after 15 mins for more even browning)

if skin is not quite brown enough then open oven door and leave grill on medium for another 10 mins
