chick pea curry ( Chana Masala)

 



One heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic blend

1½ cups chopped cherry tomatoes

0.5 tbsp sambar powder

salt to taste

1 medium onion 

1 teaspoon garam masala 

2 tbsp coriander leaves - i used a whole bunch..  (or just put on the side to mix in when eating)


optional:

1 small bay leaf 

1 inch cinnamon 

2 cloves 

2 green cardamoms
