use 0.25 tsp metal measuring spoon 


0.8g matcha powder to 150ml hot water (for Lawrence)...  or 1g to 190ml?


0.8g matcha powder to 100ml hot water (for Mandy)


sift matcha powder into Pyrex measuring jug.


add required quantity of hot water just off the boil.


use nano foamer to foam to required frothiness.
