  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  •  tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)

  • 1 bird eye chili thinly sliced (optional and





  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 0.75 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.5 clove garlic
