one tray minced beef stew

INGREDIENTS
400g or 500g lean minced beef
one can tomatoes
one can black beans
garlic
paprika
salt
cheese
METHOD
Salt the minced beef on the tray, on both sides, and set aside to let the salt absorb.
Line baking dish with foil for easy clean up
Empty one can of black beans into the dish
Add a clove of garlic (roughly broken into chunks)
Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and stir in
Salt the mixture

Next make chunks of beef by squeezing them roughly with your hand and place into the mixture
Sprinkle on top with paprika

Into the oven at 180 C for 30 mins
After 30 mins, spinkle grated cheese or broken up cheese slices on top
Put back into the oven for 15-20 mins at 230 C so the stew can boil down a little. Watch and test to ensure it is not getting too dry
