multicooker pork ribs
put the multicooker pot onto the scale and zero
weigh the ribs and enough water to cover the ribs
take total weight x 0.7% weight in salt
add garlic cloves and ginger
(i also added a corn cob leftover)
set multicooker to 81 C (actual temp rises to 85 C)
needs about 5 hours (till ribs are tender)
